To ensure a positive experience for all attendees, we ask that participants review our Code of Conduct and Terms of Service & Release of Liability, which outline expectations, safety considerations, and participation guidelines.


For 2026, registration pricing will include Early Bird, Standard, and On-Site tiers. Registration includes all plenary session content via livestream and on-demand; in-person registration includes light breakfast, refreshment breaks, receptions, and conference materials.

New in 2026: The NF Conference ticket will not include admission to the Clinical Care Program (CCP); add-on and stand-alone tickets for the CCP will be offered during registration.

The Clinical Care Program (CCP) is a satellite educational program hosted prior to the NF Conference, and is designed for healthcare providers actively seeing NF patients in clinic. The CCP program sessions, developed in cooperation with members of CTF’s Clinical Care Advisory Board, focus on current best practices and standards of care through case presentations and panel discussions by invited speakers.

The 2026 CCP program will begin Friday afternoon, followed by a reception that evening, and conclude Saturday morning prior to the start of the NF Conference. CME credit hours will be offered to both in-person and virtual attendees; more details to come.
Yes. A stand-alone Clinical Care Program ticket will be available, which includes:
  • Access to Friday and Saturday CCP sessions
  • Admission to the Friday evening reception
  • On-demand access to recordings after the event
  • CME credit hours (details TBD)

Please note: This ticket does not include access to the full NF Conference. To attend both, register as a General Attendee.
In 2026, the Clinical Care Program (CCP) will no longer be included with the NF Conference ticket. NF Conference registrants must include the CCP add-on during registration to participate in one or both parts of the Clinical Care Program.
You can make changes to your registration (update attendee information, add additional tickets, etc.) by visiting the event website and signing in using the email address you used to register.
Yes! Virtual attendees will have access to all plenary session content via livestream and on-demand, as well as access to the Conference App (web and mobile).

The 2026 NF Conference Abstract Submission timeline is:
  • March 2, 2026: Abstract Submission Deadline
  • March 2-31, 2026: Abstract Review Period
  • April 1, 2026: Acceptance/Rejection Notices Sent
  • Conference Dates: June 26-30, 2026: See you in Denver!
Yes. A Call for Late-Breaking Abstracts is anticipated to open in mid-April 2026 and close in early May. Notifications will follow by the end of May.
Acceptance and rejection notices will be sent following the review period on/after April 1, 2026.
Platform presentations are typically 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A. Details will be confirmed in your acceptance letter.
Presentation materials (PowerPoint deck, conflict-of-interest disclosure, talk title, photo, and bio) must be submitted by the stated deadline in your presenter instructions. Slides may be reviewed by the CME review committee (if applicable) and the conference production team to ensure technical compatibility.
Posters must be in landscape orientation (horizontal) and measure 48 x 60 inches (121.92 x 152.4 cm). Mounting materials will be provided onsite.
The Young Investigator (YI) Day is a satellite program held prior to NF Conference, and welcomes early-stage NF researchers, including trainees, pre-doctoral students, and postdoctoral fellows.

Eligible researchers must complete an application, including an abstract or summary of research interests, to ensure participants are matched with appropriate mentors and resources.
YI Day applications will be open when NF Conference registration launches on November 3.
  • December 1, 2025: YI Day application submission deadline
  • February 1, 2026: YI Day acceptance notifications sent
  • March 2, 2026: Deadline to register for YI Day & NF Conference
Yes. Portions of the 2026 NF Conference will offer CME credit hours. Details on accredited sessions and total hours will be shared when available.
The 2026 NF Conference host hotel and conference center is the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center.
The booking link for the NF Conference room block will be included in your Registration Confirmation Email after you complete your registration.
The 2026 host hotel block will close on June 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM Mountain Time, or when all rooms have sold out, whichever comes first.
All individual reservations made by group attendees are subject to the Hyatt Regency Denver’s individual reservation cancellation policy outlined below.

Reservation cancellations must occur at least 72 hours prior to check-in (4:00 PM, MST) on the scheduled day of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Any reservation canceled less than 72 hours before scheduled arrival will be assessed a fee equal to one night’s room rate and tax.
Yes. All plenary sessions will feature live English captions both on-site and in the livestream feed.

From Denver Union Station:

  • ~1 mile / 17-minute walk
  • ~8–10 minutes by taxi or rideshare (approximately $10–$15)


From Denver International Airport (DEN):

  • By Train (A Line): ~37 minutes to Union Station, then a short 10-minute rideshare or bus ride to the hotel
  • By Car: ~35–45 minutes ($50–$70 rideshare or taxi)
Yes. Registered attendees will have access to the full on-demand session catalog via the vFairs Conference App (web and mobile) for approximately 90 days after the event.
NF Conference In-Person Registration includes light breakfast (Sunday to Tuesday), morning & afternoon refreshment breaks (Sunday to Tuesday), Opening Night Cocktail Reception (Saturday), and Poster Session Cocktail Reception (Monday).

Boxed Lunches are availalble for purchase daily (Saturday to Tuesday). To save time and avoid on-site concession lines, please purchase your box lunch(es) during the registration process. For daily lunch menu selections, go to the Registration Information page.
