Registration Information

In-Person Registration includes:

• Access to plenary & concurrent session content (in-person, livestream, and on-demand recordings).
• Light breakfast (Sunday–Tuesday).
• Morning & afternoon refreshment breaks (Sunday–Tuesday).
• Opening Night Cocktail Reception (Saturday) and Poster Session Cocktail Reception (Monday).

Important Note: The Clinical Care Program is NOT included with In-Person NF Conference registration and requires an add-on ticket.

Virtual Registration for the NF Conference includes:

Access to all livestreams and on-demand recordings for NF Conference plenary & concurrent session content, plus the satellite Clinical Care Program.

Add-Ons / Satellite Events

Satellite events (such as the Clinical Care Program and Young Investigator Day) are not included in NF Conference in-person registration and must be purchased separately.

Clinical Care Program

Registration includes:

• Access to Clinical Care Program sessions on Friday and Saturday: in-person, livestream & recordings on-demand
• Friday refreshment break and networking happy hour
• Saturday buffet breakfast

Note: A Stand-Alone ticket for the Clinical Care Program is available, but it does NOT include general admission to the NF Conference.

Young Investigator Day

Registration includes:

• A full day of programming on Friday, June 26, 2026, focused on networking, science, and mentorship to support furthering independent research and future career plans.
• Light breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks
• In-Person Registration ticket to the NF Conference

All interested and eligible researchers must complete an application by December 1, 2025, including submission of an abstract or research interests summary. Accepted applicants will be notified by February 1, 2026, and must complete registration by March 2, 2026.

Box Lunches for Purchase

Lunch is not included with NF Conference registration. Box lunches are available for purchase daily, Saturday through Tuesday. To save time and avoid on-site concession lines, please purchase your box lunch(es) during registration.

• Individual Bag of Chips
• Chef's Choice of Sweet Treat

Daily Lunch Selections

Allergen Note: Items marked "Contains Nuts" are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts.

We strive to accommodate common dietary restrictions and allergens (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free). However, our ability to meet highly specific, rare, or complex dietary needs is limited. If your needs are very restrictive, we recommend making alternative meal arrangements to ensure your comfort and safety.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers

The deadline for registration cancellations with a refund is Monday, June 1, 2026.

• Cancellations must be received in writing and will incur a $50 cancellation fee (deducted from your refund).
• Cancellations received after June 1, 2026, cannot be refunded, but the registration may be transferred to another person with written authorization.
