The Next Generation of NF Research
The Children’s Tumor Foundation is thrilled to host the second annual Young Investigator Day (YI Day) on Friday, June 20, in conjunction with the 2025 NF Conference.
Developing young investigators and supporting their growth into careers as independent NF researchers is a central objective of the Children's Tumor Foundation. We are excited to share a day dedicated to supporting up-and-coming researchers in networking, science, and mentorship, and furthering their independent research and future career plans.
Young Investigator Day welcomes early stage NF researchers, including trainees, pre-doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows. There is no fee for YI Day and complimentary registration for the 2025 NF Conference will be extended to YI Day participants; however, space is limited.
All interested and eligible researchers must complete an application, including submission of an abstract or research interests summary. This will allow event planners to ensure awardees are connected to the appropriate resources.
March 1, 2025 - Application Submission Deadline
- April 1, 2025 - Inform applicants about acceptance or rejection, and subsequent steps
